Patient Update

Many of our patients will already be aware that our Surgery Manager, Anita Bush, and our Assistant Surgery Manager, Megan McCready, have now left the practice to pursue other roles.

We were very sorry to see them go and wish them well in their new careers. They will be very hard to replace, having worked with Montpelier Health for a combined total of almost 30 years.

We are currently advertising to recruit an Operations Manager for Pilning Surgery, which will span elements of both their previous roles. However, the Practice still remains under the overall responsibility of the Montpelier Health Practice Manager, Nicola Dunn who is based at Montpelier Health Centre.

Until the appointment of an Operations Manager is made, the practice will be managed for the next few weeks by members of the Montpelier Health Management Team.

Either Caroline Hawkins or Jo Grice will be on site every day, with additional support provided by other members of the team on other days where necessary.
