Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Pilning Surgery has worked hard to ensure we have remained open to patients; we wanted to reassure our patients that this continues through this current National lockdown.
We continue to offer services appropriately and safely according to patient needs.
The triage model still applies so all requests for a GP appointment will be navigated by a receptionist in the first instance. Patients can contact the surgery via telephone or by completing an online E-Consult form.
It remains the case that if we need to see a patient face to face we will invite those patients in for an appointment.
Please note that there may be some disruptions to the services offered at the surgery whilst clinical and non-clinical staff are deployed to help with the Covid vaccination clinics. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
