Problems with Online Prescriptions?
It has come to our notice that a number of patients are experiencing difficulties when using our online prescription ordering service. Patients have informed us that, when filling out the online form, using the Enter key to move between fields has resulted in their application being submitted before they have necessarily finished it. Unfortunately there is no way to disable the Enter key as this is the way the form knows to submit content and to send its information. If you use the Tab key to move between fields, this problem will not occur.
