Online Services

Visit our online services page to find out how you can book an appointment online.

Urgent Appointments

  • Urgent cases are seen on the day and you may be seen by the minor illness nurse, urgent care practitioner or doctor. Please say immediately if your call is an emergency.
  • To signpost you to the correct service for your condition you will be asked to provide the health navigator with as much information about your condition as possible. The receptionist will then be able to make you an appointment with the most suitable clinician to help you.

Annual Review Appointments

Booking in Advance

If your condition is non-urgent and you would like to book further ahead, appointments are available up to two weeks in advance. Alternatively, you can book an appointment using our Online Services.

Home Visits

Home visits are offered to those who are acutely or chronically housebound.

To arrange a home visit please try to phone the surgery before 10:30am. The health navigator will take your details, and a doctor will usually phone you back to discuss the problem before visiting.

The surgery has better lighting, medical equipment and tests to make the best assessment of patients, It is therefore in your best medical interests to attend the surgery if you can whenever you or someone you care for needs to see a clinician.

Chaperones

The Doctors and Nurses at the surgery are aware that, as a patient, you can sometimes feel vulnerable. Whenever an intimate examination is carried out, it is our policy to provide a chaperone in the Doctor’s room.

Chaperones ae available to accompany you to any appointments at the Surgery, please just ask a member of our health navigation team or one of our Nurses.

Emergencies

If you require medical assistance outside of our opening hours please contact NHS 111 by dialling 111 – calls to this number are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Interpreting

We use the telephone interpreting service, Language Empire. If you require an interpreter, please tell us when booking your appointment so that we can ensure that arrangements are made.
