Practice Manager
Sue Broad is the
Practice Manager and has worked in
primary care since 1983. She is
responsible for the day to day
smoothing running of the
organisation, administration and
patient services. Sue is also
responsible for the development of
the practice and meeting local
health needs and expectations. Sue
will respond to any comments,
complaints or suggestions, good or
bad with a commitment to offer a
quality service to our patients.
deputy Manager
Brenda Marshall is
the Deputy Manager and her primary
role in the management team is to
focus on the management of the team.
With her wealth of experience and
expertise she is highly respected by
the team for her practical
organisation of the business. Brenda
is very much involved at the front
of house and is able to offer advice
and help to patients on complex
issues.
Reception staff
Hilda, Simone, Jan and Karen are here to help you. They answer
the phone, deal with enquiries and
are responsible for administration.
Their job is very demanding so
please be patient.
Dispensary staff
Dulcie, Dee and Elaine are pleased
to help you with repeat
prescriptions. They are trained to
dispense and answer any queries
regarding your prescriptions. They
are extremely busy at all times but
offer a quality efficient dispensing
service of which we are justifiably
proud.
Medical Secretary
Our medical secretary deals with all your
hospital appointment enquiries and
referrals. Sherry has a wealth
of experience in general practice
and ensures the communication between
clinicians, you the patient and the
secondary provider are maintained.
